These are healthy snacks that can be prepared with the young ones, or even made up ahead of time.
Ingredients:
4 celery ribs
1/3 C. cottage cheese
pickle relish (optional)
Preparation:
Wash celery well, and cut off the both ends. Cut into 3 inch pieces. If you like season cottage cheese with a teaspoon of pickle relish. Spoon cottage cheese into celery ribs.
