Funnel Cakes
Funnel cakes are a fair favorite, but now you can make funnel cakes at home for your kids.

You can make these at home. We like to top ours with powdered sugar. You might want to try chocolate syrup, or even ice cream.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 C. milk
1/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
cooking oil
Preparation:
Heat cooking oil until 375 degrees. Beat eggs with sugar and milk. Add in flour salt, and baking powder. Beat batter until smooth. Batter will be thin and will run through a funnel easily. Place finger over the end of a funnel and fill funnel. Drop batter into the oil by removing your finger. Swirl the batter around and make sure it criss crosses. Cook until done on side, you may need to turn over cake. Cook until brown. Remove from oil, and drain. Top with toppings of your choice.
We have found that a ketchup dispenser also works great for this!
