Who doesn’t love chocolate dipped bananas? This is a fun recipe for kids to make.

Monkey Bars

Notes:
These are great frozen snacks to make that you are limited by only your imagination.

Ingredients:
3 bananas cut in half
6 popcicle sticks
1 C. chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
decorations such as chopped peanuts, sprinkles, or anything else you may like

Preparation:
Peel bananas and cut in half. Carefully insert a popcicle stick in the end and place on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Place bananas in the freezer for 1 hour.
Melt together chocolate and shortening. Remove bananas from freezer and dip into chocolate, and then into decorations.
