Looking for a quick and easy snack you can put together for your kids? This recipe only has a few simple ingredients, hot dogs, crackers, and cheese.

Penny Dogs

Notes:
These are a fun snack or even a dinner. You can whip this up in a jiffy.

Ingredients:
2 hot dogs
16 crackers
1/2 C. shredded cheese

Preparation:
Slice hot dogs into thin slices. Place hot dog slices on top of crackers. Sprinkle crackers with cheese. These can either be placed in the microwave, or in a 350 degree oven until the cheese melts.
